Absolutely. We believe our products are the best on the market. If you find the product has quality problems, then you can simply send it back within 7 days for your money back.

At Uniorange we have created an innovation fund, we have 10 global R&D centers, we invest at least 5% of annual sales revenue in R&D activities, we have a unique customization and design capability, over 2,800 patents and we are committed to making every customer's needs a reality. This allows us to cut out the middlemen and sell these powerful devices directly to you, with a minimal profit margin.
4. How can I change or cancel an order?
Uniorange will make every effort to process orders within the stated time frame. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us by email within 1 day of placing the order. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue. Please note that the refund does not include currency exchange or credit card fees. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to process your cancellation.
